NCREIS.COM LISTINGS NOW FREE. AD RATES REDUCED. - 9/1/2007

As of September 1, 2007, listings on NCREIS.com will be FREE. Also the rates for advertising on NCREIS.com have been reduced.

In response to the ever increasing need for REALTORS to promote their products and services and the softening of the real estate market Murphy Consulting, Inc, -- provider of the NCREIS.com service -- has decided to make significant changes to the pricing structure of listings on NCREIS.com.

All listings will now be FREE!! There is no charge for a standard listing which includes photos and hyperlink features. The term of the listings is 30 days. Featured listings can be purchased for a $10 fee.

To allow more companies that are associated with commercial real estate to advertise on the website, the price for display advertising has also been significantly reduced.

These changes should help REALTORS and associated firms to continue to "Increase their business with NCREIS.com"
